Battered Shrimp

Ingredients:

14 each shrimp
2 oz Mixed greens
1 tbsp. Olive oil lemon juice mix 50/50
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt & pepper to taste

Garnish:

1 each Lemon wedge


Directions:

Heat pan to medium heat
Batter shrimp with breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper
Cook until shrimp start to turn pink on both sides
Mix greens and vinegar in a bowl
Garnish with a lemon wedge
Serve and Enjoy
