Flank Steak in a Balsamic Cabernet Sauce
Serves 2
Ingredients:
½ pound flank steak
2 cloves garlic (peeled & minced)
Cabernet Sauce:
2 tbsp. cabernet juice (first blush juice)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Fillet flank steak into flat thin pieces and brown with garlic, salt, and
pepper
Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side with olive oil in a sauté pan
Combine Cabernet sauce ingredients together in a medium size bowl with a whisk
Let the meat rest for 2-3 minutes on a cutting boar
Cut thin and drizzle cabernet sauce over the meat
Serve and Enjoy
