Grilled Fruit

Serves 6

Ingredients:

3 each ripe apricots
3 each ripe black plums
3 each ripe nectarines
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white sugar

Special Equipment:

Wood skewers soaked for 24 hours (so they do not burn) or use metal ones

Garnish:

Minced mint


Directions:

Mix white and brown sugar
Heat medium size sauté pan to high heat
Skewer fruit
Cover fruit on the flat cut side with sugar
Quickly caramelize sugar on cut side and flip ones
Serve by itself with mint or with some ice cream.
