Garlic & Ginger Tri Tip
Calories per serving: coming soon | Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 each tri tip
1/2 inch ginger (peeled & minced)
2 cloves garlic (peeled & minced)
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
Directions:
Mix together ginger, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a container with a lid
Add in tri tip and marinade for 12-24 hours
Brown on both sides in a medium size pan or on the BBQ
Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until pink inside
Let the tri tip rest for 3-5 minutes
Serve and Enjoy
